User's Non-Conformity Report
The procedure for handling the return of goods due to assessed or alleged defects requires that the Customer request a Non-Conformity Number from BRV using the specific form "User's Non-Conformity Report." In the file you can find the complete procedure to be followed. This form is a fillable PDF document; once filled and saved, the file must be sent to BRV only by email; any other way of sending it will not be accepted. Therefore, we recommend not to send any handwritten and then scanned file.
ATTENTION: This procedure does not apply to returns due to incorrect purchase orders.
