CUSTOM MADE
Since its inception, BRV has always been active and innovative. BRV's mission has always been complete customer satisfaction.
Over the last few years, we have devoted ourselves to custom-made products, investing in new, highly flexible machinery. This has also enabled BRV to work closely with customers to develop new products.
Thanks to our highly qualified staff, we can make a working prototype in less than a week, starting from the initial 3D design (rapid prototyping of prototypes made by stereolithography or CAM milling with automatic working machines).
Today, the planning and execution of new products benefit from the use of modern CAD/CAM systems. In fact, thanks to these systems, the time required to create end products through all the planning steps is considerably reduced.
Moreover, production processes can be simulated to ensure feasibility and efficiency, thereby also achieving better production organization. Quality, technological development, flexibility, and customer satisfaction are the cornerstones of the company's policy and the basis of BRV's success on the international and domestic markets.
Precise and detailed prototype making thanks to multi-axis CNC milling. The precise dimensions and aesthetic appearance of the samples and prototypes are of a very high standard, thanks to the versatility of the CAD/CAM systems that allow parts to be produced that are exactly the same as those that will be made in mass production.

The sophisticated test laboratory, located inside the factory, can validate the performance of new designs even during the prototype stage.
Modern production facilities assisted by robotic loading systems and equipped with optical identification allow for high flexibility and efficiency, particularly with regard to highly diversified components, as is the case for custom-made products.
02
Different types of production machines allow us to meet any working requirement in the best way possible, without compromise, offering the greatest advantage to the customer. Thanks to the modern milling technologies of the latest CAM systems, we have achieved independence in the production of working tools, even for the most complicated ones. Clamps to hold the parts, pliers for robotized loading and unloading of the parts, stands for production lines—everything is made inside the factory.

Therefore, the entire design cycle of custom-made products and subsequent mass production is managed with the utmost versatility.
